Looks like it's only in arrows that this is busted:

(function(a,b=a=42){return [a,b]})(10)

returns [42,42]. From reading --print-ast, seems that the `a` in `b=a=42` is being resolved as a DYNAMIC_GLOBAL. Will look at fixing.
