How funny! Last time I looked at SpiderMonkey they had to *prevent* lazy
parsing. Funny stuff.
Not sure if this suggestion works though. ISTR when the full parser runs
on a function, all nested functions are eagerly parsed. See the long
comment in parser.cc:ParseFunctionLiteral.
