"I've never seen it, except in examples posted in comments on this issue." That has got to be one of the most common excuses in history. I've never seen many things in my life, that doesn't mean that they don't exist and they don't have a logical background to them :P

Can I ask how many different websites have you developed at all? And how deeply do you investigate every site you visit? I bet you have seen many sites, without even realizing it, that depend on widespread iteration logical order. I have developed around 15-20 different websites on my own, and 2-3 of them that are most AJAX centric were built with autocomplete searchboxes and/or multi dependent selectboxes (where you select a value from one list and second list is populated according to first selected value.

As a side question, is anyone who's actively commenting here even related to chrome development?
