Ok.
How do we want to proceed here? I'm more than happy to provide a reference
implementation of the sin function including accurate reduction up to
medium size args. (Including cos and tan too. Can't use cos(x) =
sin(pi/2-x) and tan(x)=sin(x)/cos(x) if you want an error < 1 ulp.)
Someone else will need to hook in the Payne-Hanek part of the reduction
algorithm, and optimize the reference. I don't have an understanding of
what would be fast or slow in V8.
