yurys@: the "has source url" bool is set to false in Scanner::Next(), so
this
only accepts the magic comment if there are no tokens after it.
vsevik: what do you want to do in the case where we have both sourceURL and
sourceMappingURL? do you want script.source_url and
script.source_mapping_url
separately?
(Btw, this CL is not working yet, some plumbing is missing... will fix.)
