Chromium is definitely a good place to look.  There is an entire PAC file
parser based on V8 in the chromium tree.  From the root, you can find it
under net/proxy/proxy_resolver_v8.cc and .h.  I've had experience using a
subset of the chromium code before, specifically for proxy resolution, and
while possible, it's far from easy, so you may find it better to just use
that as a reference implementation.
