        That seems to make sense on the surface, but they could just use an
address like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"  That should discourage most of the 10K
(and falling) members from chatting.  On the other hand, if you don't have
a setup for accepting credit cards, an email link will be of little use to
new members.

        You're absolutely right about staff.  They don't even have a "webmaster's"
link on their web pages.  I guess they really do operate on a shoestring.
