Chris,
I mounted my batteries in the bottom of the pantry on my 31' Sovereign.
It was a tight fit, so I later moved them to one of the storage tubs
under the sofa bed in front. A little more tongue weight, but they are
more accessible.
A note, though. There is _barely_ enough clearance if the batteries are
upright. I'm using AGM types, so just laid them on their sides to avoid
any possible shorting when someone sits on the sofa.
