The switch is a little expensive $35 US I think and I bought it from
Jolyn Enterprises (John Palmer) 1-914-928-4573,

It is made by Pass & Seymour Inc Syracuse, NY 13221 and is called a
Manual Controller, 3 pos, Maintained Contact 30A, 120/277VAC Double
Pole, Double Throw. Their Cat no is 1228.
