Pat, I would never recommend leaving an electric heater running unattended, especially in a trailer. I know someone who's Airstream suffered from extreme meltdown when the heater malfunctioned. The fire department had to be called in. It was a sad day.   Whoever was asking about the trailer cover, don't use anything that will touch the skin. The wind will cause it to rub.
