Why is this Harvey?  Thanks for all the exhaust information.  I chose to change to duals because the single crossover pipe is blown.  The path for exhaust on the Camper Special is obvious because of the multi fuel tanks.  Your comments have given me a backup belief that I am going in the right direction. 

Hope I can prove you wrong on the gas mileage thing.  Only time will tell.
