I'd had no idea that 'horizontal tanks' didn't all have the valve on the 'side'... i thought that was the defining characteristic of an 'horizontal tank'. To me, what y'all are describing is a vertical tank laying on its side... Thanks to Fred, once again, for pointing me in the direction of a solution.
