We've not secured the room, AFAICT.  Mike Austin had asked Aaron Hawley
to do this off-list, but there has been no response yet from Aaron.

I figure we take over the mac lab anyways, and chalk it up to poor
planning.  If there's already an event occuring in the room, then we
probably put up a redirection sign and go elsewhere.

I'm not aware of a strong requirement for internet access for the
meeting tonight.  I'd rather not change announced plans at this stage
unless forced by the room already being in-use, but I'm don't care too
strongly.
