I think you are thinking of another co., can't remember the name, but
they had some product like knowledge-coupler.

Last I knew they had their HQ in the Chace Mill. Yes, they were pretty
much all MS. Nice people, though, and seemed to have a good grasp of
their field (full disclosure: I did a bit of consulting for them years
back...)
