Cool; thanks for the detail; some thoughts it prompted: I'm from Hinesburg too, so I'd like to see something there as well. :) I agree that the idea of putting all our eggs in one Burlington basket will indeed be limiting. However it may be the best way to start - and from there, to explicitly look for and foster opportunities in other communities. This sort of thing should be part of the "charter" and be very up-front so that people are aware of it from the start. Suggestion: Let's think of this as a meta-incubator with the express purpose of creating several local groups. The local groups may indeed come and go as interest/projects change, and that too may be part of the way this is built; the more dynamic the better, especially if there's a stable core. - Marc
