Should be lieu, not luau.  Though if we have a luau as part of the
coding process I won't object

I think you meant promote, not promose

Anyways, this looks great!  I wish some of the product managers I've
worked with over the years could write a document like this :)  As I
said before, count me in.  I am language/technology agnostic.  If you
need any help setting up source control system, let me know as I can
help there too
