OK, i could dig deeper, but it seem the server is RH, but what about the 
cgi-bin app?
Its more than possible that the webserver is proxying for the listserv
           ProxyPassReverse /lsoftapplication http://lists.uvm.edu/vague
or the like, which would imply that though the webserver is apache, the
mailserver, or listserv, or the listserv webapp component is LSOFT in either M$ 
or 'nix flavors.
