There is a tension here between:

- having a regular meeting time that people can plan/schedule to attend
- fitting in with people's various existing scheduled commitments
- not conflicting with other technology events and user's groups
- the overhead of organizing more than one event/month

I don't have a solution, I just wanted to highlight the problem; maybe
others have a good suggestion about how to deal with these conflicting
concerns.
