I know that vtsda has regular meetings with a particular agenda and charges admission fees. Often times meetings are done at lunch and food is provided to boost attendance (particularly since it's a nice get-out-of-work excuse). I don't really like that route though. Kind of goes against the whole 'open' principle. What about some sort of bulletin for meeting topics where members can vote them up/down based on desire to focus on them and people can volunteer to present on the topic? Doesn't solve the scheduling thing but it might generate more ideas for discussion and people that have knowledge in the area or space to host can offer the remaining pieces to make it happen... -- Brett Johnson simpleroute | 1690 Williston Road | South Burlington, VT 05401 tel: 802-578-3983 | email: [email protected] | web: simpleroute.com
