Sorry to self-reply, but the following just came down the wire from the
EFF: http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2010/09/open-letter 

    "Today, 89 prominent Internet engineers sent a joint letter the US
    Senate Judiciary Committee, declaring their opposition to the
    "Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act" (COICA)."

… which might be a good letter to reference in the letter to Leahy
and/or the BFP I know you're all drafting. ;)
