Not sure what one might be best, but I can say I've had great luck
running dual monitors with an NVIDIA GForce 7950 GT on my system under
Fedora 14 with the NVIDIA native drivers.
Be careful about power requirements though. The power supply
requirements for this board are a lot more than the average box tends to
have.
