How ridiculous is your comparison, India is a democratic country in the first place and no outsider can take any action on us since the law of the land is applicable here. You are comparing one of the most effecient chief ministers to the self styled dictator like Saddam Hussein! Now, I know that people think that Modi is responsible for all the killings but on record he has been given a clean chit by the Nanavati commission which was appointed to probe his role. Also remember the people of Gujarat has voted him back to power after the Gujarat riots! So even if certain sections of people think he was responsible for the Gujarat riots but there is no proof of the same, it could be people's speculation!
