That makes a lot of sense. You wouldn't want your escarpment to disappear
when you hide the units on it, since it's logicaly part of the map even if
VASSAL doesn't think so.

I'll add this as an RFE... It's not necessary that we hash out exactly
how it would be implemented before doing that, at least.
