What are the steps to follow for a fresh local install of
http://www.vassalengine.org/InstallVASSAL.jar? I tried the following
unsucessfully -

I deleted my old local install (vassal.exe) and then -

installed (unzipped) the file installvassal.zip that downloads when I
click on (http://www.vassalengine.org/InstallVASSAL.jar)

that did not launch a wizard and I do not know how to launch the
unzipped contents

Thanks.

Michael
