Dave,
Worked for me no problem The problem is with your routine Will send you a link off line to mine once its uploaded here - it isn't setup fully, I just have the pieces moving out of the deck to investigator board, and all the ancients do it, just to show you it works. So you'll have to adjust it to do it for all but Nyla and have them delete instead of send to location. There are 2 new protos MaskR (for Ancients) and MaskM (for Masked Monsters) Tim _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of David Neumann Sent: Monday, August 06, 2007 9:42 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: [vassalengine] Using Global Key Commands on a deck Rodney, Thanks... I changed my mod a bit to remove player sides. It didn't really need them anyway. I thought this might help get rid of any 'ownership' issues. (The module I'm sending the link to, however, still has player sides defined) Unfortunately, it still doesn't work, so maybe you can gleam what's wrong with it... http://www.filefact <http://www.filefactory.com/file/09f8bb/> ory.com/file/09f8bb/ In the main map there is a deck called 'Monster Tokens'. I want the 5 monsters with the 'Mask = True' trait to be deleted when a card from the "Ancient Ones" deck (in the Ancient Ones map window) is played in the 'Active Ancient One' spot on the board. (Sorry if this doesn't make sense...) Basically, all the stuff I have to delete the 'mask' tokens is in the two prototypes - "Monster" and "GOO". Let me know if you can't figure out what's going on in here...it's a beast of a module and my first, so not very 'streamlined'. The only thing I can think of that would make a GlobalKeyCommand work on pieces outside the deck but not in the deck is if the property filter has something to do with ownership, which can change when pieces are added to a deck. If you think it's a bug, send a link to the module and I'll investigate. rk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
