Did you get this to work for you? (If not, check the errorlog to see 
if there are any exceptions being reported there. If so, let me know
what they are.)

I'm running Sun's Java 1.6.0_03, VASSAL 3.0.13, and Tunisia 2.11, and
this works fine for me.
