For win2k and xp, you can do an unattended install using a winnt.sif file. I've installed xp this way many times. For vista, and I'd imagine for win7, you can install using an autounattend.xml file, though I haven't yet had the opportunity to install vista, or 7. I don't know about versions of windows like 2k3, or 2008, but I'd imagine that similar possibilities of installing exist for those as well. HTH.
