I tried following steps without success

-> Settings -> Serial Ports -> Port 1
[tick] Enable Serial Port
Port Number: COM1
IRQ:4 (default)
I/O Port:[0x3F8] (default)
Port Mode: Host Device #(Host Pipe doesn't work)
[check] Create Pipe
Port/File Path: /dev/ttyS0
-> OK

But Win7 can't detect the modem.
