Hello, I have heard good things about VirtualBox running Windows software-only application programs on Macintosh hardware.
I want to purchase & install an EPROM burner (USB) like one of these: <http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=wellon+programmer+-adap*&_sacat=0&_odkw=wellon+programmer&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313> These connect to the host computer via USB cable. The software install disc that the EPROM burner developer provides has application program (compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and 7) and drivers. Will this software and hardware work with VirtualBox? The software install package is here: <http://www.weilei.com/Disk1.exe> It's a "no returns" purchase from Hong Kong, so you probably will understand my desire to get some up-front confidence re. go or no-go...
