Hi Dave,

I vaguely recall someone doing something like the above so you may
wish to check the archives.

Without sounding cheeky, what would be your alternative if the unit
doesn't work in a VM?  Would you still purchase it and find an
alternative?  The reason I ask (which you've probably already figured
out) is if you have to buy it anyway, isn't the question merely
academic?  :)

And if you do buy it and it works, please post back.
