cdrom1 is configured as VBoxGuestAdditions.iso
After guest if fully booted, I pressed Host+D to install the guest
additions.
I got:
Unable to mount the CD/DVD image
/usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso on the machine Knoppix-6.7.
