Hi Mark, You have many options ... o Provided you have an scp daemon running on your Linux host, uou can install cygwin on your XP machine and `scp' files. o You can set up a `Shared Folder' - see https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html#sharedfolders o You can use ftp, provided you have an ftp daemon running o As mentioned, use a USB stick IMO, the easiest is to set up the `Shared Folder' - you'll need to have the `Guest Additions' installed.
