On my system some trick seems to work. I have (A) a Ubuntu host, (B) a
Ubuntu VM and (C) a Win7 VM. After a fresh system start, I can copy on A
or B and paste on C. The second copy on A or B doen't get pasted to C.
Instead, C pastes the first copy again. If I copy something in C, then I
can again copy on A or B and paste this to C.

So in some sense "bidirectional" seems to mean "alternating". ;-)

Disclaimer: I don't know if this is a reliable trick. It does usually
work though - on my setup.

Regards
Ingo
