A long while ago, Alexey had compiled data that might have had the data you're seeking. If that data hasn't been maintained (it was very thorough so consequently, I suspect it took a lot of work!), it'd be too stale for your use. Try netstrain, it's easy to compile (on Linux). I suspect a little googling and you'll find a compiled version for Windows (or other platforms).
