It usually works for me, but I wouldn't say "perfectly". Every once in
a while, something doesn't work. I'm not sure where the problem is,
but I've never managed to copy to clipboard in one guest and paste in
another without a bit of fiddling around, and sometimes just
host<->guest mucks up too. But it usually works.

I assume you're on the latest version of guest additions?
