Why on earth would you want to merge the iso files?

If you want to add another VM to Virtualbox on Windows 7 host ... Just create
a new VM, and "insert" the first iso into the virtual optical drive.

As someone else said - a *.torrent file is not an *.iso file. A torrent file
is used by a torrent client to download an iso file. If you need a torrent
client, I would suggest deluge. Or, you can just download the iso file
directly from the OS distributor, without any torrent. A torrent is a
peer-to-peer file sharing mechanism, which allows you to simultaneously
download the file from hundreds of other users similar to yourself.
