Hi Stephan,
I have mounted the guest additions ISO on my host and scanned it with
Clamwin AV with the latest sig files, and it doesnt detect any virus or
trojan.

So, it's probably a false positive based on heuristics.
My previous AV was PrevX and it insisted on flagging Microsoft's own WinXP
Support tools add-on as "infected". I let them know repeatedly and they did
nothing, go figure...
