Hi, i can confirm this. Yesterday virtualbox was updated through default update mechanism.
The package was downloaded from officially repository (i hope trustworthy) deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian precise contrib After the update and during installation of the new virtual box guest addition avira complains about the same trojan TR/Graftor.758436.
