do you have the VBoxWindowsAdditions-x86.exe from a trustworthy 
source? Then I would attribute this alarm to Avira as a false 
alarm. Avira is renowned for a bad combination of false positives 
*and* false negatives (i.e. it lets mallware pass). If you are in 
serious doubt, just extract the file and check it at virustotal.com.
