There is a new 5.0.17 Additions build with source available on the Downloads page<1>. I will probably not have time just now to look at your build scripts for Fedora. You are probably best installing the binary package first, and if that works as you expect set about creating a package from the source. Then if something does not work in your package you can see what is happening differently to the binary one. If the binary package does not work then please let me know though.
