I have a MacBook 12" dual-core m7 with 8GB RAM, and macOS Big Sur 11.6. It was running VB 6.1.16 r140961. When I saw this post, I thought, "Update? Why not!" and updated to VB 6.1.26 r145957. This works, too, though I had to reauthorize it in System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General, "Allow apps downloaded from:".
As a caution, I rarely use VirtualBox anymore, not since Microsoft dropped IE support and I can use Edge/Chromium. I have no Windows apps installed in my VMs. On Wed, Oct 6, 2021 at 10:15 AM Prof. Dr. Reinaldo Golmia Dante via VBox-users-community <vbox-users-community@lists.sourceforge.net> wrote: > Hi VB users, > > I have VB 6.1.16 r140961 installed in my Macbook Pro OS X Catalina > 10.15.7.
