So you agree the buttons are not navigable ?

The cursor keys do nothing. Only TAB goes between the Settings ("Deatils" tab)
items.
Funny, first the focus is on a VM name on the left, after one press of TAB, it
goes to the "Details" tab bar,
after that to some invisible element and after another press to the first item
inside the tab (that is the "General" word).
This time I tested on Windows 2000.
And yes, this is not a top priority bug, there is no dataloss, noone is
injured. Just a bug. A reproducable one.
