Are talking about the VM window ?
Because I am talking about the main window, the one title "InnoTek VirtualBox", 
which
appears after starting VirtualBox.

And again, David, I cannot reproduce this. For me everything is
navigatable via keyboard.
I can go throught ALL menus in every possible direction.

At least until VM is running. After I run the VM I cannot access the
VM menus via keyboard.

If no VM is running, I can access everything.

But please re-explain what is not-working for you again, as I did not
understood anything.
