I've now installed kernel-linus-2.6.23.1-1mdv, and the module has built.
The module fails to build on all the Mandriva 2.6.22 kernels.
The module thats supplied with Virtualbox-1.5.0 open source does build,
both with the initial build with DKMS or with the vbox-kernels, that
just supplies the kernel module.

So you now have Mandriva's latest release MDV2008,04/10/2007, that does
not function with Innoteks VititualBox on all the standard kernels
( kernel-2.6.22 variants )its released with.

you cant ask anyone who's using Mandriva 2008 to upgrade their kernel
so your product becomes useable.
