i would take some exception with that position. remember, there is
a big push to convince the corporate world that OSS is close to, if
not better than, the quality of proprietary software. that's how it's
being "marketed," and it won't do you any good to suddenly turn around
and say, "hey, it's free, so don't whine if it doesn't work the way
you want." that's a sure way to guarantee that OSS will *never* be
accepted in the business world.
