I agree with this, but, if an individual using something free for personal use complains or demands, the ones providing the package are not going to be overly concerned. The business world knows the only way to have the right to complain or demand is to put some skin on the table. Also if the developers of a package are not getting paid to develop and providing the package free then no one has the right to complain even the business world.
