I think you need to understand what the user is asking.  The user is
asking:  does VBox run on the Host O/S, Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

What you paste below only says that VBox _runs_ on Windows ...   but
it doesn't state whether it runs on 2003.  

Think of it this way:  does VBox run on Windows 95?  It's `Windows'
Right?  Their question is very legitimate.

What you pasted below is that VBox supports Server 2003 as a Guest.
But that's not their question.
