I think you need to understand what the user is asking. The user is
asking: does VBox run on the Host O/S, Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
What you paste below only says that VBox _runs_ on Windows ... but
it doesn't state whether it runs on 2003.
Think of it this way: does VBox run on Windows 95? It's `Windows'
Right? Their question is very legitimate.
What you pasted below is that VBox supports Server 2003 as a Guest.
But that's not their question.
Presently, VirtualBox runs on Windows, Linux, Macintosh and
OpenSolaris hosts and supports a large number of guest operating
systems<http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Guest_OSes>including but not
limited to Windows (NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista),
DOS/Windows 3.x, Linux (2.4 and 2.6), Solaris and OpenSolaris, and
OpenBSD.
