I once worked on tech support and an old lady insisted she was running Windows 97, and took offense when I told her it was impossible. I instructed her to tell me where did she see the "Windows 97" logo, and she told me she clicked on this little icon, and there it was... "WINDOWS... oh... no... you're right... *OFFICE* 97".
