You need to do one of 2 things:

1. cd \Program Files\Sun\xVM VirtualBox
and then run vboxmanage, or:

2. Add C:\Program Files\Sun\xVM VirtualBox to your path. If you need
   directions on how to do this, let me know. Keep in mind though that
   autoexec.bat is not the correct place to do this in xp.
